Rajkot based Tapasvi Studio’s music director Shailesh-Utpal has created a remake of Shakira’s song video and has put Gujarati lyrics in her mouth. Title of this song is ‘Khambho’ - A can of wine. Recorded at Santkripa studio- Rajkot, this song is written and sung by Dr. Utpal J Jivrajani & Ms. Anita Fernandies.

Utpalbhai says “Songs that has lyrics about liquor are in demand in North Gujarat and Tribal areas of East Gujarat. Therefore we decided to write words related to liquor. Shakira’s tune was attractive. The Word ‘Khambho’ that we have used is popular name of liquor cane in tribal Gujarat.�

Utpalbhai says “This song ‘Khambho’ is not released because it’s video shooting is going on in tribal Gujarat area. However before its formal release it has entered on YouTube.� He says “We have given music in 8 Gujarati films and we are going to compose music for two Hindi films by T-Series in near future. One film will be “Rani ki aai Barat Rajaji� and another is yet not named.�

“We are in process of making another Gujarati song, based on the tune of English song ‘Barbie Girl.’ Lyrics of this song will feature relation between a married woman and her brother in law.�

I thought this was neat. So im sharing it with you guys. Obviously most won’t bother to try this out becuase they could careless about making a leaf into a rose but it would be something I would give to a gf. Look, if you don’t have enough money to get her the real thing you could atleast show some effort to prove that you care just as much. Some girls… or guys? like this sorta stuff becuase it shows that you’re willing to do something you usualy don’t do and they take that as proof that you love them. Atleast thats what I think. The directions are inexact, but the general idea is enough to get you going. It’s an art, not a science, you know. Just keep playing until you make em look like roses. It might help to find some smaller leaves for the inside layers, and larger ones for the outside. In the images, it looks like the first two were about the same size but the last one was quite a bit larger. It evens out when you roll looser.
