hi guys i m using Reliance Broadband (Modem UTstarcom UT-300R2 ADSL Modem) 400 plan and speed is just 60-75 KBPS how can i increase my Broadband Speed. in this plan i m geting just 3 KBPS of downloading speed. i m using Windows XP SP2 and intel P4 with 256 MB RAM. plzz help me

This is of not much usage coz the ISP limits their bandwidth on the plan and there is no software available can be used to increase it.

i am using MTNL599,unlimited plain.but i m not getting speed even 250kbps.According to my plain speed should be between 256kbps to 2mbps .can anyone help me ?
